Once on the CPS-ECP National site, scroll down past Course Details and Pricing.  Select KELOWNA, BC Location, and click the Boating 3 – Introduction to Marine Navigation ‘Radio Button’, shown below.  Then ‘click’ on Login and Add Course to Cart.
